Dzikrussalam Al-Banjary is a Student Activity Unit at Universitas Darussalam Gontor that focuses on Islamic musical arts, particularly hadroh and banjari performances. In its performances, the group uses the rebana as the main musical instrument, combined with various supporting instruments such as bass, tam-tam, darbuka, and other musical instruments, creating harmonious and spiritually inspired Islamic music.
Through the recitation of shalawat chants and Islamic songs, Dzikrussalam Al-Banjary not only serves as a platform for developing students’ talents and creativity in the field of arts, but also functions as a medium of da’wah and Islamic propagation that promotes spiritual values, togetherness, and love for Nabi Muhammad SAW.
